  • How do I register to fundraise with Little Stars Kids
    • You can create a fundraising page for a number of occasions, hosting your own event, donations in lieu of gifts for your special occasion, in memory of a loved one or by taking part in the Sunday Mail Transurban Bridge to Brisbane. Head to our fundraising hub and choose how you would like to fundraise and complete the form and your fundraising page will be created.

  • Can I choose where the money goes?
    • Your donations are vital - they ensure that Little Stars Kids can continue to provide to educational and other support to children who have experienced abuse and neglect, in a practical way that drives real impact and long-term change. Monies raised from fundraising activities support out Little Stars Learners Program or our Cuddle Cases Program. Please let us know if you have a particular preference in terms of where you would like your donation to go.

  • What should I tell people donating or participating in my fundraiser?
    • Little Stars Kids should be named as the beneficiary e.g proceeds of this fundraiser will go to Little Stars Kids. Where possible you should indicate the % or amount per ticket or item for sale that you intend Little Stars Kids to receive. This should be visible on any of your promotion.

  • Can I use the Little Stars Kids Logo
    • Yes, once we have approved your fundraising activity we will give you access to various versions of the Little Stars Kids logo that you can use on your social media, posters and other promotional materials. Your materials should be approved by Little Stars Kids before being published.

  • Will Little Stars Kids promote my event?
    • While we can guide you to make your fundraiser a success Little Stars Kids does not have the capacity to promote all the wonderful and amazing fundraisers that people organise to support our work. If you have photos of the event we would love to post a thankyou on social media and in our newsletters, so please send through photos of the event to info@littlestarskids.org.au

  • Can a representative from Little Stars Kids attend or speak at my event?
    • We cannot guarantee that we will have a representative available to speak at your event, however we can provide you with a short video explaining what we do. We may be able to provide a representative if available, so please email us at info@littlestarskids.org.au to enquire.

  • What if I have questions that are not answered here?
  • How do I donate the funds?
    • We can provide you with our bank account details or you can submit the donation directly through our website by clicking ‘donation’.
